I have very affordable Blueprint guides as well as coaching services. Please book a call and we'll help you figure out which is best for you!

Does Your Program Include Testing?

I don't order any tests on my clients, I only need to know your symptoms and health history.

Does Your Program Include Supplements?

No, my approach focuses largely on eating the right foods for your unique situation. Once that's in place I can give you more guidance on supplements if needed/wanted.

How Do I Know if This Will Work For Me?

I will NOT take you on as a client if I don't have a high level of confidence you will be able to get the results you want.
