Does Your Program Include Testing?

I don't order any tests on my clients, I only need to know your symptoms and health history.

Does Your Program Include Supplements?

No, my approach focuses largely on eating the right foods for your unique situation. Once that's in place I can give you more guidance on supplements if needed/wanted.

How Do I Know if This Will Work For Me?

I will NOT take you on as a client if I don't have a high level of confidence you will be able to get the results you want.

I suffered with bad IBS for many years, tried every diet and supplement, and ran every test on myself and never healed. It got so bad I knew I'd be dead by 35 because there was no way I could live with my gut in this condition. Found what works in 2016 and never looked back! I take no probiotics, no enzymes, no HCl or bile, no acv, no kombucha instead I learned how to restore my gut's normal functions using foods and maintain it. It's what I help my clients do.
